WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR THIS SERVICE?
Male or Female, 18+. For anyone who would like to reduce facial lines and wrinkles while aiding in the prevention of new ones. Neurotoxins can also treat clenching and grinding of the jaw, migraine, and hyperhidrosis.
PREP
Avoid aspirin and other blood thinning medications for at least 10 days before injections.
Avoid ibuprofen 3 days prior to your treatment.
Avoid alcohol 2 days prior to your treatment.
Consider a supplement in the week leading up to your appointment, such as Arnica, to help reduce swelling and bruising.
RECOVERY + DOWNTIME
No downtime.
Avoid laying down flat for 4 hours post injections.
Avoid tight ball caps/hats for 24 hours.
Avoid exfoliating the area treated for the first 24 hours.
Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours. Do not massage the injection site, as it could move or spread the neurotoxin.
