Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Consider taking Arnica tablets to help alleviate potential swelling or bruising.
RECOVERY + DOWNTIME
Minimize strenuous exercise, exposure to extensive sun or heat, and alcoholic beverages within the first 24 hours following treatment.
